This game is so tense, it strengthens your core muscles.

It can cause weight loss, dry mouth and blurred vision (especially when shot at repeatedly). Be sure to cover your seat with plastic to prevent sweat stains. It is recommended to have tranquilizers or alcohol available to alleviate tension during sustained combat or after playing. New players should not play without supervision. Having a microphone is necessary, as players are expected to yell certain battle cries at various stages of a fight.

If other fps games fail to excite you like they used to, Insurgency might give you what you need. Just be careful!
