Arrowhead? Are you mentally deranged? What you have done is the epitome of contract violation. You can not enter a contract that requires entering another one. A TOS is a contract. You sold me your dumb game, broke it over and over, patched it into the garbage and then randomly said I need to sign an agreement and TOS with Sony entertainment to continue to use the product you already sold me. That is the defining case of entrapment seen in international contract cases. If you forced me to utilise Sony for your game when I purchased it, I would have demanded a refund immediately. You allowed me to skip that and specific said it was optional. By waiting and then demanding I sign it later, you are violating international contract law. I have never ever seen such a dumb move by a company. If you were looking for a way to get sued out of existence, you just managed. You already violated Australian commerce laws with this change yet alone the internationally recognised contract laws of over 160 nations. Who advised you to do something this incredibly stupid?

Edit: Soyny is claiming they are backing off this requirement. As of this edit, the blocked regions are still in fact blocked and the steam sale page still mentions the requirement to link your steam account to Soyny Playstation network. There have been no actions taken, only words in what looks to be an attempt to get the refund requests to stop since Steam does not know how to act on them at this time.

Happy to change the review to positive once things are cleared up

Excellent police breaching game. Similar to the SWAT series and some of the early Rainbow 6. The levels are well made with great pacing and the weapons/sounds/ai have steadily improved as the game develops. Well worth the purchase. Really happy with this one

It is insurgency - redone with improved graphics, game play, ui, ai, maps and objective points. Weapons and movement feel good. A combination of arcade and realism without breaking either one in either direction.
The soundscape, atmosphere and environment do together better than ever. Insurgency already had a well done theme to it that made each map transition nicely between each other. The level of detail and thought put in to focal points and respawn waves for each map is obvious compared to the first Insurgency. Improvements are in every front. If you enjoyed the first one, you will be in love with Sandstorm. If you have never played before, get ready for a terrific round based fps military shooter with a vast array of weapons, attachments, load outs, mods and more. You can play PvP or PvE taking over objective points and occasionally holding them from waves of enemies. Suit up and ship out soldier. See you on the field

Fantastic game. I wish it had a bit more replay value or a longer campaign but well worth playing through. Hits the right notes throughout and didn't have a single bug that I came across.

It has the feel of fable mixed with final fantasy. Combat is simple and complex at the same time. You can layer your attacks with various effects for devastating results.

Visuals have a comic feel and yet game play is very smooth and never feels clunky.

They embedded google analytics in to their base code. They only stripped it out after we ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at them in discord. That means all of your information and hardware were all just stolen digitally and given to Microsoft who is the capital owner of Google. If you are not aware of this, google anal is spyware and by international legal standards, must be divulged to the user before they purchase it. They didnt even bother to tell their customers that their personal information and hardware are being sold off to google and they are paying for this. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. This develop needs to be shut down immediately to make an example of this filthy practice. Google and microsoft are not welcome in any regard to game development. They have been on black lists for years.

Either way, I received absolutely no notification that google anal was embedded in the code. I gave no authorization for my information to be stolen by them and yet that is exactly what the devs did.

Loved this. Keeps the lore and feel of Morrowind and Elder Scrolls universe. It is an mmo so it plays a little different than the stand alone games but it blends the two wonderfully.

I never played this prior to all the patch work and updates in game play. I can not speak for what it used to be, but right now I am loving it. Nothing has drawn me in as much as this in years. It even has the old everquest feel to it but with modern updates and ui improvements.

Battles are simple but combinations of attacks and timing are critical. You can have terrific equipment yet still die to being careless or taking on too many mobs.

Team play is a lot of fun and a must for certain dungeons and enemies.

I highly recommend this if you have any interest in mmo and Elder Scrolls.

Full release? But... Its still over 100 gigs and looks like a mod while playing like a family road trip stuck in 9 hours of traffic. If you are going to sell games as cancer, you have to pay us to play them.

I think I have played this far more than most but can honestly say every single alpha has been getting worse. The pimps are not fixing their code and instead releasing their experimental versions as stable even though the game wont work for a lot of people. Not sure what most people define as stable but the game loading in would be one. The game engine not seizing due to a single bad chunk not loading. A system when it detects a bad chunk and asked you to remove it, you actually have a tool that allows this hahaha or who'd of thunk it, maybe it would auto repair / delete the chunk so it could reload instead of seizing the game engine and requiring admins to randomly teleport around the world in hope of finding it. Or using commands not meant for detecting chunk errors but forced to use unlockall command to discover how many are corrupted. How in two years of dev time do you still have world corrupt themselves. Servers have to store over 20 gigs of data per world backup. That is around double the installation space of the entire game. Everything about this is a no right now. Stop selling it as a multiplayer game when it doesnt function. You are designing for single player and tell us that every single video you show us but sell it on steam as multiplayer ? Its false advertisement at this point. 12 of the top servers all crashing right now constantly and rebooting dozens of time a day to even run for 15 minute intervals. 2 years+ for this. Two man dev teams do a better job on average with the early access principle.

Edit* After some patch work to Alpha 16 we now have servers that will run but still crash due to chunk errors. On server restarts, your items might disappear, or the batteries and engines in your electric machines will vanish. Minibikes still disappear or fall through the world. Players now desync making them invisible to others. We can paint though...

Edit* They are finally getting things together in a16.3 stable version. Been fun to play again but some glaring bugs still exist that have needed fixes for over a year. Looking forward to see where they take things from here. Also looking forward to putting this to a positive review.

Edit* A18 "stable" I have been coding ServerTools for game management and not playing for 1.5 years. I finally thought it would be a good time to play. Nope. I had not put down a bed yet, died, spawn on someone else bed in their base that is being attacked. I die from an auger and respawn automatically on the same bed I dont own. When I look at the code, they dont assign the block owner but rather just a list is formed. Some bug is putting other players spawn points on the list despite never placing a bed yet. 5 years of dev time for this.

Edit* A19 Stable: This was released very rough again and needed a few major patches to be playable without major breaking bugs. There are some really nice improvements to the game over all. Some glaring optimisation issues are still needed such as water, zombie ai, weather changes, model clipping and bounding boxes. It is a better path now and the devs seem to have an idea of what they want to do with the game. A20 may get a positive review. We'll see

Edit* A20 Stable: Getting better. The game cohesion is off between art assets and game play interaction but you can see a direction for the game. Many of the most obvious bugs have finally been squashed. The content is a little bit lack luster simply because it does not feel cohesive. Leaving some elements ignored or not needed during game play as they serve little purpose or due to bad balance, can be detrimental to use. Modding potential has doubled if not tripled from earlier alphas which really brings a tremendous amount of content and potential to the over all game. I feel this deserves a positive review now but with some apprehension. Many gamers will not like this style of game in its current state and it requires mods to bring out the most from it. If you are looking for a survival game, the mods will help achieve it but the base game has become a bit more of an adventure, exploration, crafting, zombie game. Combat itself is still a little bit clunky but improving
