I am 36 year old casual gamer and dad returning to the franchise after i quit in 2011.
I have the typical 1.0 k/d a casual 9-7gamer like me has to offer.

Up until now I mostly enjoyed playing the game despite all its flaws and the constant technical issues.
However, today I wanted to play and it did not connect me to any game in WZ 2.0.
So I googled and found out that i got shadowbanned - without any means of an appeal.

I don't cheat, I don't swear, I don't even use ingame voice and I mostly play solo anyway.
I used the report button myself maybe 5 times in total and only when I specced other people obviously meshing.

I have spent a considerable amount of money on thegame and some packs already.
Now I am left without any explanation and people in online forums warned me i might even get shadowbanned a lot from now on ... (google shadow ban loop - it's effecting a lot of people).

This is not only an immersion/game breaking issue, it turns the whole game into a money scam.
If I pay for something, I expect it to work properly. If it does not work properly I expect a repair or refund.
Here though like many other people you are left with a broken product (unusable account) and no means of
even contacting the company to properly complain about an issue and assert your rights as a customer.

There are many cheaters, wallhackers, bug abusers and violently toxic people in general playing this game.
However I am not one of them. I want to enjoy the game when i come home from a hard day of work and of all people you deem it justifiable to ban me and not even state a reason or offer me the means of an appeal?

Sehr ausgeklügelte, realitätsnahe Progression.
Macht am meisten Spaß, wenn man es mit anderen spielt.
Man kann wirklich viel Zeit in dieses Spiel versenken - ohne, dass einem je langweilig wird.

Sucht erregendes Aufbauspiel im Sinne von Factorio, Satisfactory!
Für Tüftler und Optimierer ist Spielspaß garantiert.

Subnautica ist ein stets wachsendes Unterwasser-Survival Game, das von den Entwicklern mit viel Liebe zum Detail und akribischem Feintuning gehegt und gepfleft wird. Ich habe noch nie zuvor so viele spielspaßgeladene Stunden in einen SINGLE PLAYER + EARLY ACCESS Titel investiert. Auch wenn mich manche updates dazu zwingen, da die Map ständig erweitert wird, fange ich hier immer wieder gerne von vorne an und erkunde so manches Wochenende gemütlich von der Couch aus diesen virtuellen Ozean!
