i have never had a game give me more problems to play it.
the support is bogus -- you cant create a report unless you log in, but you had to log in to start the report and when you fill in the log in bubbles it does nothing just like your game
i get a 0008 error code which this company says is my internet connection but every game i have runs fine except this one
support sends me to a pay site to get my speed and ping tested .... i wonder who owns the speed test site to this ftp game
i will continue to try to correct the "issues" my computer has but i can see the 12 hour download was a waste of my time and my computers memory this game will undoubtedly end up in the trash
i guess its back to Rift at least that game works.
