lol electronically harassed, threatened scammed? don't call local the authorities for a crime report on Steam! just turn off your devices, unplug the internet, remove SIMs / GPS, and throw all devices in a lake or river never to be bothered again!

There are no legal road blocks to Valve simply pulling / revoking the OpenID API being used for the logins to gambling sites they say are against the rules. They know the sites using the APIs the urls, and the users that are logging in. https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/ThirdPartyLogins

The site's OpenID library can then use this data to verify and obtain the user's SteamID.

When did posting on a Valve employee's profile become "the" problem?
This along with making Steam Support tickets at least makes sure SOMEONE in the company knows whats going on. While it might look like al doesn't pass it on to Valve internally he probably has and there's nothing they can 'officially' do just yet(though I can't imagine what legal or technological roadblocks there might be).
This is probably one of the few valid steps to getting something fixed. Sadly none seem to work.
