Best $3 I have spent this year.

In the past 4 hours of playing the game, I saw a total of 2 other actual players. The game is absolutely full of bots. Repeatedly, over and over and over. These bots kill quest objectives in micro seconds making it difficult to complete some of your quests. You can't run dungeons with other players since no one is running earlier dungeons. This game is overrun with bots and there's no actual players.

This is the best hospital management / building game.

It took me a while to fall in love with this game. The reason: It's freakin hard! Eventually I adopted the mindset that the base is my character and though I try to survive as long as I can, it's not the end of the world if a survivor dies, my base will still be there for my next survivor.

Features:
1. Death. You will die, a lot.
2. Zombies (you can even change how they behave. Do you want I Am Legend zombies, you got it, you want walking dead zombies, you got it. etc.)
3. In depth crafting and base building
4. multiplayer
5. Death.

Some cons:
Multiplayer as of build 41 (12JAN22) has some minor desync issues. Sometimes players will appear outside of a building they are inside of and rattle the doors for a while scaring you. Or other minor issues with it. Honestly it's a non issue but I needed to mention something bad about the game.

TLDR:
Zombie death (this is not a survival game) simulator, 10/10

This is a very in depth game. They are adding more to it as well.

The fun of the game comes from the stories that come from your family / vassals / enemies and so forth. For example I was leading a wonderful kingdom and everyone was happy but then when the king died of old age, it was a time of civil war between the inheriting brothers as each of the three wanted the kingdom for theirself.

Good times.

This game is rather in depth.

I like that there's an option to have order delays, to simulate the delay that existed in this time frame for sending and receiving orders.

It does seem to chug a bit in the late game, and I have an i9, m.2 hard drive, rtx3080, 32gb ram.

Okay maybe after 213 hours (at the time of this review) I should finally say that I like the game?

I enjoy this one. Particularly that the amount of work you put into a field is the reward you will get out of the field as well. Logging in this game is particularly interesting. I feel that they did a really good job with this game. However, the modding community is amazing, and there's all kinds of great mods that can enhance your game or refresh it if you're bored with the current stuff.

One major downside though is that DLC is prohibitive for players joining multiplayer. If a server is running the DLC and someone doesn't have it they can't play with their friends unless it is disabled. A much better option would be like what ARMA 3 or Payday 2 did, where you can still play together but if you don't own the DLC you simply can't use the equipment from that DLC.

TLDR: Great chill game, nothing tries to kill you, work in = reward out

Okay this game is everything I have been asking for in a first responder simulator. I have only scratched the surface at this point but I am very much looking forward to more. So far so Evil... I really like the interface, and the controls so far. I feel that this will be a very enjoyable experience.

This is not my normal style game. That being said I have had a lot of fun playing it. There were a couple bugs in the version that I played, but nothing game breaking yet. The graphics are good, the game play is fun.
