Without saying its like factorio meets Planetery Annihilation, with the focus on factorio's gameplay. Its a production chain game with automation being its key feature. Not only that but you can drop on mutiple different planets and use its local resources, which you can link up to your other planets that need said materials.

The mech is nice and fun once you find out you can upgrade and improve your mech inside the research tree, its on a seperate page :D

all in all, feels very nice and polished so far. No complaints

This isn't just a chillax'ed city builder. This is a HARDCORE city builder. You gotta think about literally everything.
Road placement, Logstics. Traffic management. City grid placements. power management, Building/population management.... you even have to supply new roads with materials before they can be built (excluding dirt roads) its ♥♥♥♥♥♥' NutZ!!

...but when you work it out, pretty satisfying when you get the ball rolling and you have a goal.

After the release of cities skylines 2 (i still enjoy that game) Made me appreciate W&R all so much more

When Collosal Order, makers of Cities skylines II were advertising their game as the most realistic simulated city game, i am convinced they were talking about Workers and Resources xD

Checked out the game after afew performance patches.
Instantly felt much improvement.
I think Aloy "Leaning to the left" bug is fixed too, dunno, but it definitely feels better.

The game itself is a Gem. A must have or at least a try. Lots of little attention to detail which is missing in todays AAA gaming industry. For eg, Aloy gets tired hands when she hangs from a cliff for a while; and she flicks water off herself after getting wet etc etc etc....
Combat is engaging, tense and exciting. Story is intriguing and the open world is still stunning in 2020.

Looks good, When its able to run smoothly, Story is 'okay' but that's about it...

There are other games that check these 2 marks and more, for less.
If you're a marvel fan, you'll probably already have it :D
If not, i'd recommend you look some where else, The games player base is dying.

Is it wrong for me to prefer this music than DOOM's xD

I wanted to enjoy the entirety of this game. It seems like good fun, especially with the automation update (also a bit too clunky atm - could be improved on) However, i dont agree with this game having a Micro Transaction store......

I already paid money to play the game before this MTX joke shop appeared, so i was expecting to earn everything by just playing the game. Sadly, this will now no longer be possible....

Some would argue "its just cosmetics" and its not Pay to Win.... But for me, personally, i wanted to "EARN" these skins by just playing the game. If this game was Free to play, fair enough... but as i already purchased it i was expecting everything to NOT be behind a stupid paywall

Shame.... i'll go play Satisfactory instead for my automation crave.

Its like Factorio - but in first person. Art style is like No Mans Sky :P

Run down on "What do i do in it?"
Land on a planet, build a hub and upgrade it with stuff you need to find/caft.
Go deeper in the tech tree with research by feeding it more stuff...
Stuff being tedious to make? start focusing on automation!
*Build factories to help automate for you....
Powers gone out? start building a power hub site...
Running out of materials because you're not crafting enough? Improve on those bottlenecks...
New tech! what do i need to make it... oh god! that looks complex!

Felt scammed.

I bought this back when it 'wasn't' Free to Play, with the season pass, i believe it was around £80. When BlizzCON announced it will be free for all, i intially though, 'cool!' Then it daunted on me... what do people that already bought the game get?

A whole lot of nothing it seems.
Now its on steam with no big company screwing things up for the devs, i'd thought id try it. Need to spend another £30 for the expansion...
No thanks, not falling for that again... i'll get it when its free xD

I would make an actual game play review, but it just feels like 'More' Destiny. Not really a game where i feel as though "I miss playing..." or "...That bit was so cooool!" - just a whole lot of meh. New expansion may have changed that, but bungie still have my 80 quid LOL

So my take on it, for me personally, is a nah! wait until it becomes Free to play, (even when that happens, a newer expansion will be out) thumbs down.
