What a gem! what more could i say that tens of thousands have already said?

great game, just a fantastic adventure and fun story.

Ive been holding off on buying this. i was worried that loving winter camping i would get irritated with realism. Wow was i wrong.

i suggest this survival games, and is looking for something as real as it can be while still being fun. i will be playing this for years.

Just a great survival game, the crunch of the snow, the howling wind that can almost feel silent, the crushing solitude and monotony of surviving. There is a story mode and its basically some disaster this...you stranded someplace... learn lore but mostly survive! Its great and worth your time, but the heart of this game is Sandbox survival.

A normal day is pretty close to a normal winter camping day, wake up, eat something, go looking for fuel, keep your eyes out for kindling or food. If you have time go explore because your shoes are falling apart... well that blizzard came out of nowhere, better figure something out... im dead now didn't make a shelter fast enough.

Thought i should but some negative to keep it even.
i know they mention it on start up that wolves dont act like that and its for gameplay but wildlife behaviour... NO!
so what the aurora pulled all the power then gives it back? Beautifull but i have found myself yelling at the game sometimes

A pleasant surprise. I was not expecting much but 18 carefree hours of tower defense is much longer than i would have expected. weve seen it before in other tower defence games but this one has some good flavours and its nice to be able affect the battle as the xmorph ship and not only rely on towers.

over all i suggest the game especially if you have friends who can coop with you so much more fun and frustrating (why cant other humans think exactly like me?)

fun and simple, reminds me of all those 80-90's top down games. good mechanics, single player is a little lacking much better game in co-op.

what a fun and ridiculous game. I love crafting survival games so once a friend suggested i try this i knew i would like it. What i didn't expect was how unique the concept is, and how embarrassing it would be to have my wife walk in and read one of the dialogue exchanges. The disappointed shake of the head was all i needed to know this was a great game.

Gameplay wise we've seen this before, but the application and little flavours to the mechanics will have me going strong for a bit. I mean i shelved Witcher and a few other crazy good games to play this indie wonder.

go for it especially if its available through humble bundle this month and well worth a game choice.

what a gem, and a black hole of time.

Bought this off of humble bundle and had no expectations, so far a great survival turn based game with enough complexity to be time consuming but not daunting.

I'm getting old and games you can't pause or going afk will affect 30 hormonal teens with access to DM's , are just not in the cards anymore. Despite the pace i found myself "wasting" (not my words) over 4 hours last night, not sure what i did but it for sure kept me up way too late.

so far:
i like the resources and character management. took some time to understand how skiling worked
interesting take on social interactions, you still have control of some conversation but not all which is nice.
i dislike the combat and so far felt it was a little limited (still playing), just feel it could have been a little more complex. The fact that you cant see what the buff debuff is at the point of casting and have to mouse over the icon on the characters is just annoying and makes combat less enjoyable.

if you like survival games/turn based games and slow pace games this one is for you.

PS no i do not have 51 hours in the 2-3 days ive had it, id say 15hrs actual playtime rest is afk

I feel like i played this exact game 10 years ago. Nothing new, less COD moment in the single player campaign but man it can be over the top.

it looked nice at least, see why i stopped getting COD.

Great just great. like 100s of card based games out there but lots of replay value. Its own flavour and variations. I figure ill get a few more weeks out of it before i get bored.

That was fun ! wasn't sure what i was going to get, the reviews are so varied. Once i got my head around the fact there was no cover it got really fun.

1. i just got off of a stint of turn based games, and it was a refreshing shift compared to other mainstream turn based games.
2. love 40k lore and this gave us an a giant look at the mechanicus, not as cool as space marines but actually so much cooler.

Id suggest it as an in between game. For sure not going to get hundreds of hours playing it but should break 90 at least and that is worth the price.

OK i am neutral, but i just couldn't suggest it. its fun, blowing stuff up, and being a general trouble maker has its high points. Problem i have is the game is just dated, combat is simple and frustrating and there really isnt a stealth part of the game that would make it less monotonous. i just end up shutting it down saying "i've been spoilt by newer combat system"

so if you can get a supper good deal its worth a few hours, but i would save my money for a new version of open world chaos.
