The control customization is pretty limited - you can't mind CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, or other buttons to anything. Quite frustrating. It makes it mostly unplayable for me. Alas.

I can't really write a review of this title BECAUSE IT WON'T RUN ON MY COMPUTER. The support for this game is non-existent. The developer, HB Studios, doesn't even have a support department. How do I know this? Because Steam support told me to contact them about my issue.

Thanks for nothing.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this game, nor any game, by HB Studios or MLB - much like their on-field product, MLB is only interested in milking as much money from people as they can, and they don't give a damn about how utter crap their product is.

From Ui issues to simple control problems, this game suffers from some pretty basic, game-breaking problems.

--Clicking on Dwellers is horrifically undependable
--Often collecting a resource from a room will prohibit you from clicking on, say, Cappy or the Mysterious Stranger to collect those extra rewards.
--Combat in the vault is clunky, limited by room size, and annoying as F**K to deal with, especially because of the clicking/selection problem.
--Mission Combat is a little better, but the missions can feel tedious and chore-like if you use appropriate-level characters and weapons.

Definitely do not recommend.

First, this isn't a normal game. SPOILERS AHEAD!

I can't say that I would recommend this "game" as it is about an hour and a half of the creator telling a story about someone he knows who also makes "games". There's nothing really to do in the game back walk around and listen to his story.

As a story-telling mechanism, it is top-notch. Absolutely. But as a game? Neh. Sorry "Coda", sorry Davey.

It'd be fine if it were free-to-play, but it's not.

Save your money, watch a playthrough on YouTube. You'll get the same experience as you would otherwise.

This game has stood the test of time. Can't say enough great things about it. If you haven't played it yet, you need to. The original and best Zombie FPS.

This game is a really good edge-of-your-seat horror game; the sound effects, setting, ambiance, and use of sound/lighting is all top notch. While some of the "scare moments" are predictable, enough of them jump out at you from nowhere (heh) that it keeps you guessing and engaged. If you liked Amnesia, you'll also really like this game! I highly recommend it.

This is an oddly engaging game, especially if you're a little OCD and or detail oriented. Recommended!

I played Deadlight on the PC and found the graphics cool, the style interesting, and the story engaging. However, the controls are terrible, often non-responsive or over-responsive, and cumbersome - you need to be a dexterous piano-playing fiend to be able to work the default controls with any sort of comfort, and the lag between inputting what you wanted to do and it actually happening was frustrating and annoying. Worth $3.74, but not much more. 3/5 stars.

Aside from the jump puzzles, this game is bloody awesome. Definitely worth at least a single playthrough if you played Portal 1.
