Didn’t know anything about this title until I was offered a copy to try out with my Twitch community. For me Goblins of Elderstone is a throw back to some of the all time greats like Populous and Black and White where you’re more persuading / influencing the AI rather than directly controlling it which can be both very rewarding and very frustrating at times. I enjoyed the experience in all honesty as did the community watching and will possibly feature it again. The art style is very impressive and the game runs well on my modest gaming rig. A key feature for me was being able to rename the Goblins to members of the audience and then watching in anticipation as they either triumphed or died horribly - all great content. If you’re looking for something that on the face of it seems very straight forward but yet has a pretty deep strategic vein running through it, this might just be for you.
