Hey man. I got something to tell you, that might shock you.
So most people think I eat salads all day...I'm starving myself to maintain abs.
Ha, when in reality I actually eat like a pig.
Most guys don't realize I eat about 10,000 calories a day man, sometimes even more.

don't get me wrong. I'm not stuffing my face down with like cupcakes and doughnuts or ice scream or other types of junk food like that.
