You picked on the wrong person to assert "gymnastics superiority" on, cupcake. I'm not your typical lifter. I do yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics, heavy lifting, etc. I do it all.
I've been training gymnastics for a couple years now. That's part of being a well rounded athlete in my mind.
