I've been on steam a long time and many of you probably know me from the cod zombies community. I've been retired from serious play for many years and couldn't even imagine dedicating the time to gaming that I used to. These days I'm mainly on here just to socialise and meet new and interesting people, regardless of their background and culture. I've been fortunate enough to travel to many places across the world but there's still many places I want to go to. I particularly appreciate the beauty of the natural world and Historic buildings.

I'm from the UK but I have heritage rooted in Germany and consider myself to be a Germanophile. I have a degree in Biology and have engaged in postgraduate studies for several years, but my knowledge isn't limited to just this area and I enjoy learning new things. I have the entirety of Wikipedia downloaded for offline reading on my phone (100+ GB) and I often read articles to pass time or to wind down before sleeping.

Some of my interests include: History, Geography, Politics, Philosophy, Science, nature and random trivia. I consider myself to be a pretty open minded person and I'm happy to talk and engage with people from any religion, race, country or sexuality.

I am straight, but my friend's list is an Inclusive place for the LGBT+ community. I really do not like rudeness and if you are disrespectful it WILL BE reciprocated.
