I recommend the game because of its idea and visuals. It is a very nice chunk of fun without pressure and any type of rushing, with a few not-too-challenging puzzles here and there. No punishment for mistakes (only additional tasks), thus the game is very relaxing.

That being said, I have two gripes with the game. First, as far as I could see there was no randomness in plant discovery progression. Everything seems to be fixed as it is. With randomness element it would be much better. And that brings me to the second issue I have: length. There is no randomness because everything evolves around the backstory, where progress is determined by the ability to follow the clues, solve the puzzles and gathering of specific plants. The perfect solution would be to make it last longer, with more days and more customers visiting every day. The way it is right now, I hadn't had enough time to enjoy my plants when it was over, and at the very end everything I hadn't discovered regarding plants was handed to me on a plate.

This game got everything right: interesting story, good soundtrack, nice views, pleasant UI and non-grinding gameplay. As a short walking simulator with a background story - recommended!

What a cute 007-style point&click story with a lot of puzzles! Really well made. I loved the sarcastic monologues coming from the main character. And Trevor the mouse was so cute I couldn't resist petting it every time I was passing by its hole.

Grab a pickaxe and land on an asteroid in search of goodies. Why do I have super guns but a traditional pickaxe instead of a super fancy drill? Because rock and stone, brothers. Remember to drink beer and kill the time by playing with barrels. The Barrel Hoop game won't make you rich but it will make you crave hugging worms on hazard 5, seems easier. Go look for minerals. Or cleanup the mess left by less fortunate dwarves. Ride big drilldozer that is made from cardboard because why not. Find giant eggs and shoot at them - you will summon monumental worms - I wish it worked that way for real. Find liquid goodie and build a refinery, then construct pipelines aaaaaaaaand (segment done!) skate on them for the hell fun out of it. Remember to promote - Deep Rock Galactic management will still annoy the hell out of you but at least you feel like you achieved something.


I want to praise the developers for creating the ultimate 4-man co-op fun to play with friends, in which all the mechanics are fun, with really proper balance implemented and all classes really enjoyable. With great friends and a game like this, who needs anything else.

Played this game in co-op with a friend, including all DLCs. While the game and DLCs are great and I liked most - if not all - mechanics, when it comes to the singleplayer campaign, the game suffers from bad balancing. Playing on Cadet (the easiest difficulty) allows you to just go through all enemies and take all kinds of shots (including armoured car ones) with no sweat. However, when playing on Authentic (the hardest difficulty), just forget about playing stealth, go full blaze and glory and just cover properly, it is much easier. In my opinion, it should be the other way around: proper stealth & hitman approach should make the game easier - it is a sniping game afterall.

The game also has one quite annoying bug: when you use zoom, there is no indicator (on any difficulty) that your line of shot is obscured by an obstacle that you don't see because of the scope. Because of this, all kind of fences became my demise many times.

Achievement hunters should also be aware of the fact that for 100% completion you need to complete the campaign on every difficulty at least once. Which is a highly annoying waste of time, because after completing the game on middle difficulties and Authentic I still had to replay the whole campaign on Cadet (the easiest) just for the sake of an achievement.

Overall, I recommend playing the game in co-op with a friend. It was a lot of fun and we will be playing more from the series.

It might get a bit boring solo, but it is pretty awesome as a 4-man coop with friends. Not too difficult. Not too grindy to get a 100% achievement completion either.

I've played the whole game, including all DLCs, 100% achievements, in coop with a friend. At the end both Indusar and me agreed that we definitely got more than we were hoping for.

This game is very good on many levels. The fighting mechanics are great, parkour is awesome, the loot system is okay if you help yourself with traders' stock, the skill system is cool. The graphics are beautiful and the storyline is okayish even if cliche. In the end, what matters is that out of my 120h in the game I got mainly fun, a lot of fun.

I highly recommend to play this game in the coop mode with a friend.
