Things have ben pretty rough recently with
my mental health. I'm not in a good spot,
and I don't want you to see me like that...
and it's getting worse. Being couped up,
working from home, it's really taking its toll.
And I just feel like I've got no one to talk to.
I used to be able to talk. But now I just feel
shutting down, and shutting myself off from
you and the rest of the family about how I'm
feeling. There are days when I don't even
get out of bed. I've been in some really dark
spots... and I don't know how to get out.
