As a new player in the Dogma series, the game definitely scratches all the itches I personally want from an rpg and I would gladly recommend it to anyone into the same genre.

The performance for MOST people is subpar with reports of fps dropping in the low 15s and high 30s outside and constant crashes making the game unplayable. For myself, with my specs of an i5-12600k rtx 3070 & 32GB ram, I get mid 40s in town and 70s outside with 2 crashes in my whole playthrough. I consider it luck that it runs well enough on my system to not complain lol.

I've known microtransactions to be a part of Capcom since Devil May Cry 5 and its very easy to ignore and continue enjoying the game in your own experience, everything that is a microtransaction is something attainable in-game so just keep playing. Microtransactions suck and have no part of being in a single-player game other than greed, but complaining about it when it doesn't actively ruin the game you're playing, unfortunately, falls on deaf ears.

The world itself is expansive, engaging, fun to explore, and the combat is fun to play around with. Each member of your party feels like they contribute equally to the team, albeit sometimes wonky. I appreciate how the party members engage with one another in conversation and even assist during fights, for example, when fighting a gryphon my party member exclaimed for me to jump off her shield and onto its back when thereafter she also proceeded to jump on its back and attack which was very satisfying and felt like we were fighting as an actual team. I even had a level 2 party member at level 15 because I appreciated his will to keep fighting.

The travel can be a little tedious with walking back and forth between towns that don't have oxcarts or no portcrystal set, but even then you'll probably get hit with a boss or two on your route over so it definitely makes it more exciting when traveling.

I'm almost 50 hours in and I've barely made it to the end but I'm still keen on starting a ng+ because there are still a few spots I forgot to check out.

Hopefully patches come to fix the perfomance soon because it is a great game that is bogged down by its lackluster performance.

Love being an overly emotional psychopatch who breaks people's bones and calls himself the bat man when this bro isn't even blind and don't got wings. 10/10

CS:GO Review
10/10 Not recommended. 307 hours on record been a good community member reported any type of cheating I see, and I STILL get put in low trust factor. It doesn't matter what you do, once you're there you're stuck for life. Valve doesn't care about any feedback emails you send, you still get hackers and griefers 24/7. Like come on valve.

EDIT: Out of low trust factor now, game still ♥♥♥♥ for taking months before i got out.
