The developers really care about this game, the publisher doesn't seem to. Game is great mechanically and the developers are invested in the community. The community itself is great. This game is a textbook case of how to accomplish a successful live service porject.

Has a bit of jank between the throwing and pick up mechanics as well as lacking effective tool tips when it comes to certain mechanics such as the Druid's Ice Walls. Overall though the atmosphere and chaotic nature is brilliant and very well done. The cooking/bartending and storage mechanics are very well done. Setting up the menu is intuitive and combos easily with restocking information. Overall a very good game at base concept but needs some tweaking when it comes to mechanics added as progression continues.
P.S. Personal gripe but please increase the stamina meter, I can't dive roll as much as I would like while running food after the player acquires the first tavern expansion.

Fun little time killer of a game. Can be frustrating if you jump into harder difficulties too quickly.

Very well developed and in constant support from the dev team. Look up some good mods for download or just browse the workshop. Very good game!

Great game in the visual department. All the DLC are worth buying and greatly add on to the overall experience. The game play on the other hand takes some getting used to since there is some lateral (height) mechanics in a game that is a "top-down" shooter/dungeon crawler. Overall this game is a fun experience that borderlines frustrating at times, yet I keep finding myself playing it. Endless replayability as well as mod support makes this game immortal.

Good game play with a lacking story. Not the worst game but the "Talk to Lilith" mission checkmark gets overused. The DLC is worth the cost if you can get the Ultimate Edition on sale.

Solid 5.5/10 rating wise

Has a bit of a high skill ceiling but is a lot of fun once you have put in the time to understand the game mechanics. I appreciate the challenge of the weekly runs and I love doing daily runs of the game and seeing how I place amongst all the other contenders. Even if I place low I still enjoy the gameplay and have fun.

Not for the faint of heart. This game is going to be unforgiving when you get damaged in levels. There is no health replenishing within individual levels (If there is Ihavent found it yet, maybe an equiptable ability). A lot of the bosses take multiple attempts to memorize their attack patterns as well as landing the Parry Attacks which are extremely helpful since each Parry Attack gives you one Special Attack use. i am honestly enjoying this game a ton from the music, to the art style, as well as the difficulty. Just be sure that if you are trying to do Regular Difficulty on anything that you are prepared to be smacked around a bit and die multiple times before you can get the patterns for the bosses down. Also the Mauselium Levels are probably the easiest thing in this game, they will also help teach you as a player how to time Parry Attacks and land them.
