As with all AC games, stunning world building, and fun, but not without its problems, I don't think that the dialog options add anything to the game, but make it more disconnected from the character. The choice to have either a male or a female character is also stupid. It would be better to just pick one gender and make one cohesive story about that character. Some of the side missions are quite repetitive, though I just skipped these.

Fun with friends.

Big upgrade from Trine 3. Maybe not as good as the first 2 games, but still very worthwile on a sale.

Very fun to play with friends, the level design and artwork is very good. The forests look trippy af.

Compared to the first two Trines, this is by far the weakest. the 3D aspect does not work. Its often hard to orient yourself in the game as you don't know what aspect you are currently in, resulting in constantly having to retry certain jumps etc. The fact that you can't progress missions until you collect all the cogs is stupid. I didn't finish the last mission because I had to go back and replay at least 3 level to do so. When you die you sometimes respawn further and your friends can't progress without you. There is almost no sense of co-op in this game, and that was what made the other ones so fun. Skip this game and go onto the next one.

Excellent game. Building is very versatile, mods bring this game from a 9 to a 10.

Good, but does not scale well with a 4k display.
