It's 2016 Capcom. Only having Xinput support on release when several large vendors of controllers/fight sticks/fight pads use Dinput is completely unacceptable. I will update this when it's fixed, but my god I shouldn't need to use some random 3rd party programs to get basic controller schemes to work.

2/17/16 Edit:
Capcom has heard this complaint and is working on it apparently. I will update my review when dinput is added, but until that point I still don't recommend purchasing the game.

1/23/18 Edit:
Guess they added Direct Input at the end of 2016. Also there's arcade mode now, and it's all super spiffy. Changed to thumbs up.

who would have thought a company that makes controllers specifically for fighting games, licencing from capcom and the works, and capcom don't support their controllers straight up.

just to chime in, i own PS2 street fighter controllers and a xarcade stick (2 players) and purchased the xbox 360 adapter for the xarcade stick to work with steam games(not just emulators). The Xbox 360 adapter that i got from xarcade site connect to the pc by usb and to the controller by playstation 2 type connection. i tested the ps2 street fighter controller on it and it work prefect on the game (with the exception of L1, R1, L2 and R2 need to be remapped in the game, it read the PS2 controller as a xbox360 controller). For those who have a good PS2 arcade stick this option works.

LoL at some people saying "don't like it? refund". This review prevent from wasting their money/time trying this game. Good Review, hope they fix this issues fast, too bad the damage is done 41% positive reviews won't do good for sales.

use inputmapper for ps4 controllers and xpadder for xb360 controllers.

There is a reason most PC gamepad has X/D Input...Also majority still uses X-Input to my knowledge for any fighting game as its very standard so pretty much you are just QQing.
