1. Perfect Scrambled Eggs (Creamy & Soft)
Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp milk or cream (optional)

Salt & pepper

Steps:

1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan on low-medium heat.

3. Pour eggs in and let them sit for a few seconds.

4. Gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs until just set (they should still look slightly wet).

5. Remove from heat—they’ll finish cooking from residual heat.
