We apologise for the difficulty you've experienced in finding matches in our game.
The way our server system works is if you are queuing on a server and there are not enough players, you will join the global queue. We’re confident that as the player base grows that you will be able to find matches on your server.

With the launch of our Christmas Event tomorrow Thursday 14th December, we’re confident there will be more players for you to jump into matches with. We ask that you give it another go, and you’ll have the chance to earn exclusive cosmetics at the same time!
