Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. Polite, courteous, respectful and charming at all times and in all situations, without being obsequious. Unfailingly courteous even when dealing with a difficult person or situation. Question-marks over physical fitness and may not be ready at this time for a physically demanding job. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes.
