SHORT: I love it! it was really worth the wait.

I am still struggeling with the UI. Will change the review when i played more.
This is by no means a reskin of Sin 1. I see why they had to change the UI other things.

-> the mod system is fantastic.
-> I Played Rebellion on Hard and get my butt kicked on normal here.
-> Fleet management is a bit unwieldy and at the same time it is nice.
-> I had to Disable one Shader option because the ships looked so ugly to me. (but thats just me, i guess)

We need more ov everything. More weapons and combos.
We need Orbital Lasers and snake who can spit acid and turrets...

Have to agree with most other comments here. Play the first two games. In this campaign you will be thrown from race to and it is not a nice experience to play or experience the story. Make it consistant nad better in the next one Relic!

Love this Version so much. Its the only version that is close to the original hasbro psx version. sad that you can not buy it on steam anymore. only the new bad version

Everything i wished for.

This is work in progress but it is so much fun already.
Artwork and design for the characters and enviroment is great.
The music and sound effects are well done.
After a long time i have. something to enjoy.
Big thumbs up.

it is addicting and i love it.
For me. One of the best games ever made.
At the time of writing this, i have over 8k hours of play time on D2 and still love it.

It`s like the olden days. 2006 is back :)

if you search for good old rpg style games. this one is for you.
i had a ton of fun so far. the story itself and the story telling is very nice.
