played it just so i can get a better experience in enjoying the story on the sequel, so is it a good game? honestly idk. what i can say for certain that Its good enough to make me push trough the frustratingly janky combat and saw the credit

the only complain i have is the strategy i can employee, is based on how lucky my draw in each stage is. Which is okay i like some randomness on my rogue-like but having some control is nice.

A wacky mix between animal crossing base building and a rogue-like in general. Fun, just when you think you seen all on what the game has to offer, it introduce new things tho with that said this game is not exactly 30 hours fun, been ready to drop it at hour 12. Unfortunately it lacked depth in both combat and base building to really sink hours into it.

There's not much to offer in this "game" besides the timer, to do list, musics and the ambiance sounds. But i do enjoy my time with it. Even bought the music DLC which were pretty good.
I personally use the time as some sort of pomodoro timer, the bird and cicadas sounds is nice too. It gives a nostalgic summer vibe.

narrative exist, but i didn't really pay attention to any of it. Raft is a game about the journey rather than the destination. Drifting trough the ocean gave a zen like experience alone and a great platform (pun intended) to have conversation with friends while conversing through the ocean

Its a short, sweet and just straight into the action. Most of the cool things you heard about nemesis system is not here yet, and while the games feels like a prototype for whats to come it is a good introduction
