while i understand most of the complaints this DLC gets, i found myself really enjoying it. while there was a lot of reused assets and i felt it could've been longer, i had a blast playing through it. I wish they would've expanded upon Krieg's story a little bit more than they did, or at least answered some questions. But even still, i found the story of Krieg's journey towards self-acceptance to be very appealing, and even a little impactful on the way i view myself. When it's on sale again i'd say give it a shot.

sub-par story, bosses felt really easy, and i wasn't a fan of some of the characters, but overall it's the most fun i've ever had in a borderlands game from a gameplay and content standpoint. the game + the DLCs are all stupidly pricey, so i'd recommend waiting for a sale to pick this up. all in all, i'd say its worth a shot. play borderlands 2 first though.

spent 76 hours aboard the poop train. would recommend.
