i loved lunacid proper so much, it got me to play all the king's fields and shadow tower 1 and 2 (and more old fromsoft stuff from there) and they've become some of my favorite games of all time ever since, and now things have come full circle with an actual proper sword of moonlight engine lunacid spinoff? this rules, are you kidding me??

i loved this game, it's everything i've ever wanted in a slightly-larger-than-snack sized lil package. control issues are unavoidable there due to the ancient engine, but thats an easy price to pay for authenticity & easily fixed with a good community layout*.

kira Gets it, capital G and everything, they really do, you can feel the passion in the whole entire thing and i can't help but gush. i cant believe this is free, i'd pay good money for this even beyond the soundtrack purchase. and all of this in SoM?? im going insane this rules so extremely

*you should use the one with authentic KF controls, btw. no, seriously, i really do mean it. they're good. they wont hinder you in the least. imo they should have been the officially recommended layout, but thats about my only gripe. you'll get used to them i promise

world-famous zine author BB is here in this newest video game adaptation of her many wacky misadventures. don't forget to watch the movie trilogy. just the second one though, the first was kinda bad. no, the book adaptation is- look, this is the definitive version, alright? this one's all you need. the movies are sort of like... supplementary material. it's a different spin. yknow? i think it really gives you a full impression of BB the person. shame about the murders.
