It's the first game that really gave me that sim city vibe since sim city back in the 90's. There was a 2-3 hour learning curve where I felt completely overwhelmed with everything, but then I found the grants screen, which is basically a todo list for exploring the game. The AI is smart and mind boggling deep. Why is that prisoner running into a wall instead of eating, oh he's drunk. Maybe I should search his cell for alcohol. Why is that prioner running around naked? Because he needs a shower and I left the door to the showers unlocked. Why have my guard dogs been asleep instead of patrolling... ect...

The best praise I can give this game is that I regularly close it and realize that it's 3 hours later than I thought it would be.
