you've probably already seen plenty of videos/read plenty of reviews about this game. just get it man, it's absolutely worth it and i can't say that very often anymore.

(at the time of writing this i have 274 hours and am still finding new content.)

i love the game but for every single patch having to redownload essentially the entire game over again is a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pain in the ass.

256mb patch update? how about 16.8 GB and we do that twice to download and install.

and this happens every. single. update. please fix it.

i remember my last experience with this game was me sitting there eating a piece of pizza, and casually scrolling through dialogue with monica where she's revealing she's sentient. as i get to the crust of my pizza, she dead ass, and i wish i was lying, said to me, "i know you're probably just sitting in your room right now, eating the crust of a slice of pizza or something while you -play a video game i can't remember exactly what she said-, but im alive. im real" and istg i've never played the game again. i did a double take to make sure that's really what i read and never looked back.

in other words, great game. i recommend

are you ever going to finish this game? that would be nice, since it's been almost 9 years now and you damn sure have gotten the money from the people who've bought this game.

it's like making a deal with the devil. it's cool cause the deal is it's free, but before you know it you've lost your soul.

Awesome game. I'd love to see more come from this when it's fully released. I haven't seen too many bugs even being in an early access, the graphics (which initially i was worried about) are actually charming and have their own uniqueness; they also keep the game from being super demanding. This game is probably going to be somewhere around the top games of 2021 if you ask me, unless some serious competitors show up out of nowhere.

I will say, the biggest issue I have had so far is the sailing. At least on the raft, I haven't gotten a boat yet so I can't say anything about that.

No matter what direction you are going (with the wind directly in your sail, or on either side), or how low you've dropped your sail; you are consistently going around the same speed. It also feels like any time I sail, the wind is always going against me and preventing me from getting anywhere, but that could just be me. My point is though, you pretty much have to sail backwards to really get anywhere and it is very slow.

I would really like to see some sort of different weapon attacks, like dark souls-esk. They do have different animations, but only spamming your left click and not seeing anything flashy (especially with these boss fights) does get a little repetitive. I'd like some sort of middle-mouse button attack.

Unfortunately, sometimes you can cheese some of the mobs in the game.
i.e Standing in a house to avoid trolls when realistically they should be breaking the whole place down, going in and out of a troll cave while they retain the damage you do to their health to avoid taking any damage yourself, having the greylings attack their own mob-spawners while you stand on the other side breaking it.

For the most part, I have very minor issues. I'm sure a lot of the gripes I have will not be seen on full release. But I suggest you get the game and support this developer so we can get an awesome final product! Thanks for all the work you've put in and to anyone who's read thus far. :)

games a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rip-off. anything worth getting is expensive as ♥♥♥♥, and even if you buy something on steam and put it on your character, sure you can sell it. if you pay 100 cp every time you list it. oh yeah, did i mention it gets dropped off the market list every 24 hours? oh, did i also mention every game you get maybe about 80 cp after every fight? oh oh, and did i ALSO mention that even if you buy something off of steam, you cannot return it to your steam inventory to sell it on steam again if it wont sell in-game? yeah, its some real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. dont waste your time. good luck leveling, getting any tips really on how the game works, getting materials that do... what? i dont know, cause you never explained anything or how to use them. good luck getting 33,000 cp for weapons that dont even look good and are hardly even better than your starting weapon. you can also pay like, 50,000 cp for a training sword thats... literally... wood. theres a lot more, if you wanna know go ahead and be an imbecile like i was when i heard it was pay to win and still played it. wasted 4 hours of my life. if you got some money though, you'll probably enjoy it, like black desert too. but at least black desert you can, well, move around i guess.

man dis shiiii fun asf. its like the pokemon game we never had. still needs some work in a few areas but the games in early access so, hopefully when it's fully released it'll be what we all hoped for.

how do i sell this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. terrible, toxic community. the games fine but the players make it so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful.
