A very cute game for couple uwu. You get to live, eat, sleep, explore, and kick ass with your significant other. 11/10 if you have a lover to play with. :crying_yeti::heart_eyes_yeti::hazuki_blush:

This is a beautiful mess, a deeply flawed masterpiece that has the potential to be greater than it is, just like the main character himself.

The game suffers from various deus ex machinas and nigh impossible plot twists, but it makes the emotional build-up higher than ever. I really enjoy the subtle gore imagery and let the words do the talking mostly, leaving horrendous and brutal acts to our imagination. Now that's true fear - the fear of the unknown.

The music is beautifully composed as well, to add more context and life of various scene and situations. You can recognize the tone and mood of the scene immediately not by pictures or words, but the melodies arkin to sirens’ voices serve as the signal to what happens next.

Contary to many visual novels, the main character does not serves as the one readers should simpathize nor to watch his point of view fully. He has a face, a unique character, a grandiose manner, and ressembles closely what we should call in our world “gigachad”. He is a selfish man, who does self-centered acts to enact his revenge. However, that does not stop him from living like a human, following his heart and ideal to do the selfless and impossible. He is like a storm, a force of nature, who washes away all good and bad things alike.

The heroine all shines radiantly, like the guiding lights in times of darkness, the hope at the end of the tunnel. Nevertheless, they are grave sinners as well, some even make horrendous decisions. But that is what makes life so beautiful: the inconsistencies and contradictions of the human mind. There is no right and there is no wrong. One’s happiness is another’s tragedy. Despite all of that, the actors in this stage strive to thrive happiness and perfection, just like children try catching up with rainbows. They can never touch them, but the fact that they never falter their will while doing so is very noble.

This is the game of the man who lost everything and should not exist, yet went on to find greater things and protect it till the end.

The writing of this game is heavily philosophical and complex, the plot is messy at times, and there are unanswered questions even if you 100% it.

However, if you seek emotional interactions of various characters, and enjoy clashes of ideologies, with avenge and plot twists into the mix…

You should give it a try. Regrets from having done something is far better than regret not having done it.
