It's pretty common for VR ports of non-vr games to not be all that good, but the devs nailed it on this one. The physics work as expected and the overall gameplay is just well suited for VR. I had the non-vr version of this game and I ended up getting bored of it quickly but playing it in VR is a lot more fun. It even has proper Index controller support with finger tracking, which not a lot of devs bother implementing these days. It's clear that they put effort into making this a good VR port so it's worth the price, though I did get a -50% loyalty discount (probably because I have the non-vr version too).

One thing I'd like to see though is having the saves be shared between the VR and non-VR versions so I can keep progress between them.

There are also a couple issues in this game. I ended up getting stuck on the tutorial because the game didn't register that I blended the ingredients in tomato soup and would not let me progress. I ended up restarting the day and doing it again, it seemed like the game expected me to keep the pot on the stove when I was blending it but I moved it so the tutorial did not progress. The sensitivity for aiming at objects when you want to grab them from a distance is also a bit too low, sometimes it's hard to properly aim your hand to select an object. I'm not sure if that's something that can be changed in the settings though.

( I bought this game from the Oculus store and finished it previously so my Steam playtime is low )

Easily one of my favourite VR games. I've played a couple games with a similar puzzle / escape room genre but none of them have been as fun as this one. Plus the spy movie theme it has is great. I decided to buy it again on Steam to replay some levels since the sequel is coming out this year. This game has quite a lot of replayability as each level has a number of challenges that you can complete if you decide to go back to it.

good thing it has an offline mode with bots cause the servers sure are dead. Bots are fine though so it's fun.
