BB-8 still needs to learn the job better and required supervisor's assistance regularly. Provided supervisor help is close at hand, performs the job well. BB-8 has a flair for creative, original writing and makes an impact on the reader. Can adapt the style to the purpose. Never makes mistakes with grammar, spelling or style. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. BB-8 responds well when put under pressure – and accepts that pressure is a regular part of the job.
