Not the best city builder but tons of fun. Well worth the price if you can get it on sale. Only caveat is that they left the story campaign on a cliffhanger.

Fun game that flew largely under the radar (I had no idea it was even out until I saw it for sale). Gameplay is like Two Point Hospital, but solely in space as you build medical stations in orbit. Lots of different species, good animations for everything - pretty solid all around.

Truly excellent game. Some of the graphics are less than stellar, but overall there's plenty to love here for fans of tactical RPG combat.

A fun game with a pretty nice level of depth to it. The campaign is a bit short, but hopefully they implement Workshop so folks can create add-ons. I will say that there's a tone of tree-huggery and environmental activism throughout (especially on the final mission), but don't let it dissuade you from an otherwise good experience.

I've played a few games with this expansion now and I'm still not sure that it actually added anything. It does add in espionage 'filler' to the basic system implemented in 3.0, which makes espionage no longer just a empty scaffold. However, apart from that, I'm hard pressed to tell that anything's changed. For $20, it's not great.

Pretty fun and I've hit no perf issues unlike some of the other folks who've posted reviews. However, there are some flaws to the pacing - you often are sitting around waiting for schemes to complete or for money to flow in to do things. This can be pretty annoying to deal with as it indicates something is inherently missing in the design - maybe something more with the casino cover management? Also, early on it is super easy to overspend and go broke before you have your scheme system setup to generate more money. Lastly, also early on, it's best to distract enemy agents who storm your base regularly. That will keep your minions alive (mostly) until you can train up guards and research weapons.

I know a lot of people are dumping on this game, but it's not bad. It could use more polish in the management features, certainly. And it does come across a bit soulless due to terrible monotone synthetic voice acting and bad jokes, but there's a lot here to like still. The price point is pretty high, however.

I'm fair skeptical about application software that claims to do something magical, most of the time it's total garbage doing more harm than good. I must say, not in this case. I've been using Boom 3D for a few months now and it is well worth the money. The sound expansion and spatial effects it provides makes everything sound much better, even with a 5.1 speaker setup.

An excellent spiritual successor to Dungeon Keeper, made by many of the same folks. Highly recommended!

Deeply immersive game once you get into it. Don't let the initial learning curve throw you - trying to get your citizens to survive is incredibly addictive. They show interpersonal strife, love, skill and more that's fascinating to watch. When one is killed, it's typically a huge blow that just makes you want to try harder next time.
