It's a game where you're a goat. There is no specific goal to achieve but the general opinion seems to be to create as much chaos as is physically possible.

When I'm bored and have nothing to do, this is usually what I fire up. It's really fun just to mess around and terrorise the lives of the innocent people in all the different places you can.

You can play with up to 3 other people which I have not tried but I'm sure it is also great amounts of fun.
