Hard to pick up, harder to master.

For actual new people looking on the store page, don't be put off by matchmaking, find some friends in a community on steam and play 10 mans (Where ten people play 5v5 but you know and invite all of them, usually you use something like https://popflash.site for this) and faceit (https://www.faceit.com/en) to play games, mm is full of cheaters, especially in "trust factor" so don't be put off by it and play the game for what it is.

High skill ceiling, great pro scene with some really likeable characters, great twitch presence. However cheaters in both non-prime mm everywhere and prime global just ruin matchmaking, if you ignore all that though the community is awesome, despite what people say most people are actually really nice.
