From someone who has never played a monster hunter game before:
The monster fighting game play itself is good. The combat is fun and the combos feel diverse. The automatic riding option is relaxing between the harsh intense combat scenes.

The interface and UI mechanics are terrible and the tutorial suggestions pop up when they feel like it, but not when you need it. The circle wheel not having pre-selected options by default for things like heat or cooling drinks and/or the tutorial UI not explaining that the one button does that. The grapple, bombs, and many interface buttons that show up on the hud but aren't ever explained properly despite having endless solo missions to do just doesn't make sense.

The multiplayer experience of needing three different connections before being able to play with someone is absurd. Sever, link, environmental and the inability to do main story quests together seamlessly is borderline robbery on a game of this price point. Triple A game running like a garage studio is sadly becoming a staple of the gaming community and it is quite tragic for the consumer.

Short, sweet, and straight to the holes. Much better deal at sale price.

For a short game like this, I disliked the fact that I reached the credits, played the <3 bonus level and assumed I completed the entire game, I had to go back to each level selector to play the "bonus" levels to unlock the final achievement. It was quite annoying. Instead, the levels should've just automatically played at the end of each world or added to the base levels in my opinion.

In Tiny Tactics you place units strategically on a puzzle grid to defend a crystal. You move between levels like a puzzle game instead of maps like other tower defense games. As with all unit class games there is a higher barrier of entry to learn them all. It reminds me slightly of the tower defense custom maps in Starcaft online, which makes me wish it had multiplayer.
You hold alt to display all unit classes, but it isn't well explained. I find the screen a little jarring when it moves out and in from the bottom left between phases. Perhaps an overhead zoom would've been better.
The game is enjoyable, but does get harder as you go.

PlateUp! is the next logical step in the Overcooked Genre. You choose what you cook, where you cook, and how you cook. You create the kitchen, the food, and the mayhem. The game provides the spice in the form of roguelite options. However, it's too easy to accidentally purchase the wrong blueprint, and the game has limited customization. The blob people are bland, and so are the outfits for your character. A possible improvement could be to choose between themed restaurants within the roguelite options. The blob people would have to be served themed hats, or they come into the store with themed hats.
The game is worth buying, even at full price for the additions to the genre.

Super Auto Pets is a good free game. You buy pigs and then sell them back for less money two rounds later all so that you can finally buy a dog you always wanted.
