I play single player.

The game is good.

Don't know what online is like, or what building a team by throwing money at the screen is like.

But the single player is good.

There's a mod to reskin the cards to Pokemon.

Was this really Todd Howard's dream space game he'd imagined for 25 years?

Watch as little tutorial/help videos as possible about this game, and just play it raw with your friends. 10/10 fun.

My situation is probably an outlier, but it may apply to some.

I use an app on my phone called PdaNET+ for internet.
It works great on a 5g phone, and I can play most games with it just fine.

However, there are a handful of games that don't work with it. This being one of them, sadly.


It just searches for a server forever, and never successfully finds a server.
If it can get confirmed that PdaNET+ users can play, then I will repurchase and happily play. This game looks so fun.



Before you ask, I use this app because where I live, in literal Amish country, there isn't internet running up my road. And I am on the waitlist for Starlink. It's my only option for internet at the moment.

Met a 7th grader who was playing tennis IRL and that's why he was so good at this game and thus why he kicked my a@@

convinced him to stay with tennis through school, and he proceeded to kick my a$$ for an hour.

What's not good is that he thinks he got this game for free on oculus? what's up with the $30 I just paid tf

The pitching is either impossible with index grips, or too easy with the cannon.

Throwing requires real physics and precision timed release. Good luck with index grips not flying across the room.
The cannon shoots from a projected line, so it's too easy. You can strike someone out in like 7 seconds.

If the cannon had some RNG, like shooting a gun from the hip, it would be better.
If you could curve the balls after release with the cannon, it would be better.

Also my first (and only) match I played online, there was a squeeker who was throwing literal 250 mph fast balls. Idk what that was, but it didn't make me like the game any better. Might be worth picking up for $5 or less.
