"thiS BuILding iS condEmned," so damn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid mechanic, at least give us THE DAMN REPAIR ICON/BUTTON/COMMAND!
"hOUSE aBanDOnED," so basically my people choose to live on the street instead of living in a slightly decreasing desirable level housing, what a dumb concept

I am a RTS fans since I was a kid, Red Alert, RA 2, AoE, etc.
Tried this game and I love it, this is a brand new type of RTS, it's a unique niche.
Aside from the Early Access state, I played 3 hours playing I only got one crash but that's okay, I understand.
The gameplay itself is good even though the movement is a bit jerky, but overall this could be one of the best RTS out there.
I. LOVED. IT!
