It would not be Serious Sam if you pick up a +1 health in the middle of nowhere and you would just get the health without having to fight a surprise horde of enemies and losing 65 health in the process. 10/10

One of the greatest stories I've ever had in a game.
The graphics are really good and the gamplay is very nice.
You can play the game a second time to witness the other decisions without getting bored.
