No amount of good story can redeemed the jankiness of this game gameplay.
Your worse enemies in the game in not the bad guy! but the POOR OPTIMIZATION of the game!

As the game game developer too, here's my advice and my reviews, but sorry i need to give down rating because i didn't enjoy it at all.

Player mechanics issues:
+When not in aiming, if you want to step backward, the character seems need to rotate first before backing back. You can solve it by directly move back while character rotating.
+Because you want to be realism, the gun shoot from barrel... but most of the time it will not work on close area like in a room or toilet stalls fight. Other method is make the raycast shoot out from camera instead. It may not be realism, but the feel of hitting enemies is important.
+If you crouch on cover spot, try make aiming will auto-popup your head to shoot.
+When in cover grass (especially on stealth mission), please zoom out player camera. Because right now the grass itself also blocking player views

Story text flow:
+Make the text flow fast to skip because most of the players are fast reader. So its annoying to wait all text appear first for us to read.

For Optimisation:
+Please reduce model polygon,
+Please use less real-time light shadow,
+please use LOD,
+please us Occlussion Culling,
+please use frame limit on Update() read
+...and many more!

For the storywise, i want to enjoy it but most of the time i skip it because too long.

I Hope developer take some more time to take the advice and make the game better for next update

If you guys want to buy this game when its still $60 dollar price tag, hell nah~ please wait for sales. at least please improve on graphic departments too. Feel like no improvement from before! the reason i still bought this because EDF known for fun and i almost played and bought all EDF series.

At first, I want to downvote this game because white screen, need to validate game. Reason: Clash with my existing
installed epic store platform (because i was toying around with unreal engine before).
Come on developers, theres many other services that can do crossplatform play like Playfab and all seamless background login.

Because im a good patience guy i managed to peek around solution and solved the issues. Play the game and i thumbs up because : "ITS FUN GAME".... thats all.

Maybe im already turn adult, game become not fun for me.. i dont know.
For first timer, when i play first level.. the pace is slow for me. So I stopped playing after fighting first helicopter level. (died once then then theres tips window ask me to boost toward + melee it, beated it).

The i give a chance to keep playing it and found awesome gems! The game keep better and better. Setup weapon loudout, settings to use, awesome bosses and meh meh story is kinda acceptable for me but the most important the game is Fun! Mind you I playing this game using mouse and keyboard only!

So i give the game thumbs up!

Gameplay is simple but soo many technical stuff and make it become not fun... plus, for first time player, of-course i want to try singleplayer play through first before going into any co-op but already feel bored at even tutorial level...
Unless if theres an AI bot like Left 4 Dead, this game would be worth it. Else, its boring game.

i did reviewed this for first level... got lots of crash, art direction is not good, heavy asset flipper. etc
then i deleted it so i can play through till end so i can give proper review..

but then, i did play till end of level... i still confuse with the direction this game goes. Even the H-scene is bad.
To all horni out there.. the H-scene is soo bad, dont ever think about it, trust me!

The game is soo below mediocre, i can give 4 out of 10.
No fun, no challenging, no trill, just walk at the park shooting.. Clearly heavy usage assets flipper :
(for the one who dont know, assets flipper is when the game developer took a free / popular assets from assets store (unity and unreal) without / less edited that most of people can recognize where the assets come from. This is really taboo in game development community).

What i can conclude, this game just another way to cash grab all horni weebs out there..

I wish i can refund the game! but the play-through took more than 2 hours :(

Well its quite rare to see anime multiplayer games though and this game got bot to play together :D

Honestly, I'm disappointed

Im the first time player, never play the first series. The thing that catchup my attention is anime + modern warfare gun.

What I expect:
Fast pace action like call of duty
What I got:
Slow pace with tactical approach

Heres what i can see:
Pros:
1) I like your approach on realism player mechanics
2) Environment lighting is nice so far
3) Can modified control! This is important because most of indies game didn't allow modified control
4) Almost no / minimum assets flipper content.
5) Thank god! Its not survive wave of zombies kinda of game again!

Cons:
1) Probably you are too focus on realism and player mechanics but forgot about gameplay mechanics
2) Environment design wise, is too straight... but you forgot to highlight that literally jump area at the box. I was confuse where to go in first play
3) Tutorial also not cover all, for first time player like me i need to go to options many times just to see what the control schemes are
4) There's lots of empty gun laying around but its not really forcing me to use it because when i take it, its got no mag. So i decide to stay with current gun
5) If this game is kind of 2, 3 shot and you're dead, then please make a cue that enemy noticing you meter. Then player will have a chance to hide.
6) 4 Minutes demo and need to pay? You got to be joking. At least make the level longer.

I will not refund this game yet because i want to support it. I will wait for more of your contents in the future.

I'm not good with horror game but when i play this game, i feel happy instead because indirectly meets hololive members. I keep smiling play until the end. Nice

For the school student (not college student from what i see) this is quite OK.
Basic, Playable and got simple objectives.
Beat the game~
Got a lot of room for improvement.
Wish you guys can focus more on level design and maybe put like simple picture of story telling that protagonist has escape~!.
Whatever it is, best of luck in the future!
