This is such a 19 to 22-year-old ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ doomer mentality that all of us go through, so I'm gonna give you some unsolicited advice:

first of all, there's nothing wrong with sex and lust. they are normal human experiences that practically everyone experiences. plenty of us like and enjoy porn. its fine and fun and natural and chill. it's just not our only thing in life

second of all, you can't hate yourself into being happy. if you want to do better, you have to do the things that make you happy.

third of all, this isn't the venue to be expressing these emotions. find a therapist. start a blog. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, shout it from the rooftops for all I care. this is a porn website, not your diary.

lastly, and this is the most important one, you have to be the one to make these changes in your life. you can ask for help, but no one can fix it for you, and you have to get up and do it. it sucks, and it's hard, but it's worth it.
