Innovative Gameplay award has to be a early April fools joke right?

Not sure how this game has "very positive" deserves mixed at best.

Pros.

- Overall its a very pretty game no doubt about that.
- Armour and weapons look cool
- The opening with leonidas is great
- Pretty open world

Cons.
- Combat is floaty lacks any sense of impact
- Enemies are just sponges
- Open world lacks any real substance
- levelling up is just a slog makes the game feel like a chore to play
- Sailing ahh yes Ubisofts prized sailing which seems to rear its head where ever possible and here it just feels stupid and lacks any immersion you'll see ships in the distance literally Tokyo drifting in the sea like they're a jet ski and moving way too fast for their time.
- Story. not much to say here it's kind of bare minimum. Nothing makes you care all too much.
- Quests sorry did someone say quests? because all i saw in 23hrs was felt like MMO fetch quests.
- Calls itself an AC game but in reality it might as well be a fantasy title at this point there's literally cyclopes

Overall this game is OK solid 6 or 7 out of 10. Just feels like typcal cookie cutter Ubisoft

Bought this game on sale along with all its DLC and i love it it's a bit rough in certain areas but you can see the love poured into it if you're looking for an indepth space sim look no further.

I would love a few more weapon types namely kinetic i was hoping for a long range artillery type weapon but ah well

don't let the graphics fool you this game is incredible

Not a review about Queue times.

Where to start? So lets talk about the first thing the game has you doing. Creating a character. And holy hell the male face options are so pathetic that you end up looking like a butt ugly martian unless you hide that sh** with a beard, the hair options are okay though.

Then onto the second thing the game has you doing, Combat. Its clear they took some inspiration from Dark souls for the combat design here it's just a shame its anything but that... It's like the dollar store version at best.. The enemies will hit you before even starting their animation it's just clunky to say the least...

Onto Quests/story so the opening cinematic sets up a cool adventure as if this place is completely untamed 5 minutes into the game and there is forts and villages that have been on the island all along? Okay? Lame i expected us to be using our skills to build up the island as factions claim ground but instead you just claim whats already there sighh but moving on... The quests? Well they are a basically what you'd expect sadly go here do this return rinse and repeat... 11hrs in that's all I've been doing.... and i'm not impressed you'd think for amazons flagship title they'd actually put some effort into the "story" I think the problem here is no clear goal from the start of the project as it changed direction many times...

The world and the atmosphere is good but sadly everything else isn't if i had to give it a score based on what I've experienced so far it would be a 6/10 maybe wait for a sale guys or for future improvements. (if amazon doesn't shut it down)

200+ hours in what can i say? hmmm solid experience 9/10 A few bugs and exploits hold it back but overall i like what i see

8/10 Good Fallout game but not the best one for RPG element's this one lost something along the way but it's still a Solid game
