The game is Simple, Build funky little ships. Destroy little ships.
I enjoy the diverse cast, and how willing this game is to just have fun. Don't think about it too much, just mow down more patrol boats.

Edit: I also want to clarify, while the plot is Minimal, I find the writing pleasant and enjoyable.

noita is a very fun game to ♥♥♥♥ around in, even if it is brutally difficult in my opinion. I highly recomend you sit back and watch a large pile of wood burn down.

I think I finally got a handle on most of the systems. Once you do that it's super fun!

Dont play Dota 2.

Ths game was a blast, Going from the jungles of VEETNAM to dealig with ALIEN INFESTATIONS to saving america from HELL ITSELF.

Irritating parts? some of the boss fights, I just wasn't bro enough for. (which is to say that they soemtimes require specific tactics or luck)

But this game is incredibly fun, high destructive, and rewards creative thinking.

a game that has CONSEQUENCES. I'm floored. absolutely, positively floored. I'm incredibly used to 'well ill try this then reload'.

dont do that in undertale. play how you want to, sure, but your choices matter.

EDIT: Wow, This game has nearly won GameFaq's 'best game ever' competition. sweet.

New review: I don't really know anymore. Odessy came like a gut punch enough that it made me put everything down. I love the friends I made while playing this, and the emergent storytelling, but please do not use this review as a deciding factor on the current state of the game.

hey it's january of 2018, and I'm leaving the old review up therefor posterity, but i wanted to give an update. As of Right Now the game is pretty solid, though i Highly reccomend getting it when you can also nab up Horizons. The Engineers added in that DLC / missions options are rather valuable, in my opinion, even if I dont personally care much for the horizons ships.

Slow power creep is a thing, notibly with engineers letting you push the envelope, but the "old ships" are just as good as they used to be, so this game is keeping its thumbsup from me.
