Had it for about two days and I'm lowkey addicted to it.

I do wish some parts would be quicker to skip (like the gold wheel) and I feel like some things like the daily/weekly runs should remain locked until you have played with all characters at least once so you'd trigger the tutorials and know what you/the enemies can do.
It's very tempting to jump right into those but the game never tells you the "new" stuff as a first time player unless you go diligently through the game in the specific order it wants you to.

Had a few bug encounters that I managed to find workarounds for and some characters feel more fun to play in general, but in general I am enjoying myself and I think the game is fun and has charm.

it's Animal Crossing but with ghost bears who have surprisingly sad/depressing background stories. also has a crapton of adorable pets and things to collect.

my only gripe with the game is that i don't feel incentivized to craft and place items around the island when all that does is make it harder for me to find the hidden items which already can be pretty frustrating to look for on occasion.

Bought a whole bundle of these for easy achievements/cards and decided why not throw some reviews out there while I am at it.

In terms of what I want this game definitely delivers. The game doesn't care if you pass the level with one or three stars, you still get the level achievement. And uh... apparently there's also a button that just lets you skip the level all together and get the achievement, so there's literally zero effort required.

Art is hit or miss. Some are outright ugly, others are fine if it weren't for the live2D animations that make the proportions look off.

The main NPC that tells the stories for some reason didn't have her shorts on while telling me said stories. Not sure how my horny ass persona never commented on that but whatever.

Backgrounds are super awkward, since it's the hentai scene minus the characters in it, which is nothing interesting to look at. The angles are odd and often the scene is very plain or downright ugly like the grass one where you see all the space where the character will later go so the artist didn't bother for ♥♥♥♥ to color/draw it properly.

90% of the women mentioned in the story are "too shy" for anything.
There are typos and repeated sentences everywhere.
This game probably doesn't even know what QA is.

Why am I writing such a serious review on a stupid hentai game? Who knows. It's 12 am and my tablet pen's broken so I have nothing better to do for the next few weeks.

At least the music was okay, but I think it's just this one track played on repeat.

If you want easy achievements and cards, the game is perfect.
If you want something fun to play and sexy to look at, this ain't it chief.

It's been 1409 hours. I'm still achievement hunting.
There is no escaping this hell.
It hurts so good...

If you enjoy exploration games, this one is pretty simplistic in what you _can_ explore, but it's still a pretty nice ~1hour experience with a story unfolding as you find things that connect you to your past and bring back the bittersweet memories of a dear friend.

Early Access Review
While the game itself isn't bad, it doesn't really leave me with a lasting impression.

The pros:
- pixel exploration
- great atmosphere
- cute graphics

The cons:
- buggy (still in alpha, so it's understandable)
- no manual saving feature like most similar games (when I have to close the game, I'd rather be sure myself that my progress is saved)
- nothing new
While playing the game, it felt as if I was going through a Yume Nikki / Knytt Stories mashup game. (the first one being quite obviously an inspiration, given the dreaming theme and Madotsuki's shirt symbol on the board...and the game description itself XD)
The only thing that really stuck to me as being quite interesting and unusual to me was the door puzzle in the mansion. Everything else is pretty much similar to other existing games that are actually free.
I'm not trying to belittle the creators' work put into the game, but if you're going to sell a game, one would expect something a bit more...uncommon for the pixel exploration genre. You know, something that would make me nod and say "yes, this is worth the money"

Then again, what do I know?
In the end it's not a bad game. Just nothing unique. But it's your money, people, so if you want to - give them for this game. If you want a similar one for free - the internet is full of them.
