I was hyped for this game, but it's performance is abysmal... The moment you grow a decent large city 10k population the FPS tanks, they also thought it to be a good idea to have a seperate 3rd party worshop when the previous game used steams workshop, which worked so so well. Idk what they where thinking if at all when they removed something that worked perfectly with their own sh*t*y workshop. They may argue for consoles to have mods, well just have both so PC can still use the steam workshop if they prefer, which I can tell you we DO.

I wouldn't spend a penny on this game in current state, even if it was 90% off, you'll just get annoyed and tired of the s*i* they have implemented, rather stay on the original game.

2/10 Unbelivable to fall so low when their original was so good. Good job colossal, you have failed on a new low.

It's like Animal Crossing but Disney Version. Was surprised by how much things there is to do, before I knew it I had spent 6 hours in the game, definitely worth getting if you had a childhood of Disney related stuff. Nostalgia. There is also the possibility to save accross multiple platforms, so you can play PC and then Switch on the go and continue where you left off, or PS5/Xbox too (just need to own the copy, but you don't need to buy gold edition twice, once is enough and then just base game on other platform and you'll have access to the gold edition content on base of other platform version, or just base game for all your platform if that's your choice.)

Definitely recommend it, seeing how much content there already is, and more added for free with updates.

Rating: 8/10 - High potential for it to become a 10/10 and I've not even got to grips with everything yet.

Piss take of a game, EA, enough said, avoid at all costs, literally.

Great game, least from first impressions, really enjoy the new building mechanics compared to the old "The Forrest" game, as here it actually feels like you're building it and not just placing it in a place for it to build for you.

Can't wait to try it out with friends, if I enjoy it already playing alone, I can only imagine the blast of playing with others, slaughtering some half ♥♥♥♥♥ cannibals that come sniffin' about.

10/10 would kill the strange lady again, ain't no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ simp, not in my forrest!

Keep in mind that the game is slightly cheaper on Battle.net, I recon this is because steam takes a certian percentage for games on the platform, and since they have their own platform and no need to add the game to steam, they did so, but with the added price to compensate for the steam "tax". I already had money in my steam account and why not spend it, and for me it was well spent, but if you want to save as much as possible, Battle.net is the place to go. But if you do get it on steam, you won't need Battle's launcher, it will work without their launcher.


Story 8/10 - It would be 10/10 but soldiers who can take 30+ rounds into them because they have "armor", well I'm sorry, no way a armor should be able to withstand so much.

Multiplayer: 8/10 I've only played 2 hours ish multiplayer but it's good, there are of course some bugs, but it's generally good.

Performance: 7/10 - Annoying crash to desktop that can occur, and more then once - keeps giving "18 files failed to validate" on files validation, and downloads 9.6 MB. (Especially pre 28th release on story mode)

Graphics: 9/10 - Some textures appeared blurry to me despite max settings on 1440p res.

Gameplay: 9/10 - Love the gameplay, animations and attention to detail like where bullet drop from the chamber on the ground will have different sound depending on the location it drops, just shows the attention to detail they have.

Overall: 9/10 - Definitely a game to get, but like mentioned earlier, if price is a big deal -> get it from battle.net as it is cheaper there, €69.99 I believe, so more than the usual €59.99, but still cheaper then the €79 price on steam.

A fun simulation game of being a Zoo keeper, or manager of one rather.

I've played lots of simulation games previously, to name a few:
The Sims (2, 3, 4), Spore, Cities Skylines, SimCity.

This one definitely is a new experience for me, as I've not managed a zoo before, sure they have them in CS (Cities Skylines) but not with this level of details, where you have other (more talented then me) people whom create things so well and detailed, I can just focus on maintaining the habitats and animals and staff and such, whilst others do the designing and building, and I just need to add some features for the animals to be happy like heat, cooling and such.

I love this game to bits, and since buying it recently not been able to stop playing it.

Now I got it on sale, so I definitely feel the money was worth spending on this and some DLC that I found amusing and promising. I guess it depends on the buyer, if you enjoy these types of managing and buidling and maintaining simulator, definitely get it, especially if you are an animal lover of all creatures, or even some, just make a zoo with your favourite animals in them, it's all up to you!

Conclusion:
An amazing and wonderfully made game, sure it has it flaws with bugs and even some CTD for my part at times, but since adjusting some settings and what not, it's not happened since.
There is community events for you to take part in, and earn some credits to purchase special animals, this definitely kept me intressted to play it and get myself a lion habit and have lions in them, as you can only get them with this special currency.

Price wise I'd say it's worth it, especially at a sale, but if you're somewhat like me that love these kinds of managment simulators, this should be a no-brainer!

Added in upgrades for your characters and for ship combat etc.

- Btw... Why you reading this when you could experience it for yourself!
... So get out there and kill some stormtroopers, droids and put an end to the Empire, the Force will be with you, Always.

And soo much more, again... why you wasting your time reading this when you could just play it NOW?!

I'll make it simple for you, just get this MASTERPIECE of a game, otherwise you're wasting time when you could be playing this as much as possible, unless you don't like it, in which case you a Yosa.

PS:
Also for what it is worth, the game runs super smoothly thus far for me. Stable 60FPS as I locked it to that, don't need more honestly, and max graphics 1440P.

Really fun game to play alongside friends, wish there was an option to play 3 instead of always having to be 4 with a ♥♥♥ if you're 3 friends. Other then that, how on earth is the loading time for a card game this long? What on earth is it actually loading?!?

An amazing co-op game to play alongside friends, even if they taunt the ghost just as you're about to leave the house/building whilst they're by the door, and it closes on you and you're left with screams from yourself and laughter from your so called "friends".

10/10 Would do the same to them next time.
