Been waiting a while before I actually write the review. To be honest, I just forgot about it..
So now that Iceborne has been out for a while it seems like the perfect time.

I absolutely love this game and have these phases where I mostly only play this game for a month and then take a break. The grind, even with how rare some of the best gems are, is still extremely satisfying. And that moment you get that rare gem is just amazing.

The variety of weapons is enough to keep me entertained and have new stuff to learn/enjoy when I get tired of the current weapon I'm using.

The changes that came with Iceborne were mostly a great addition. While I'm not super happy with the clutch claw implementation I do like the idea behind it. The biggest issue I have is that the 'light' weapons don't soften parts instantly. With you having to refresh the parts, every 90 seconds I think it was? this gets annoying. Leaving aside the clutch claw the rest of the additions and quality of life features were a blessing.

So, this has basically been a collection of random thoughts I had, TLDR big recommendation to anybody who enjoys a grind for >1% chances at getting the best gems, hope this potato review was helpful.

Early Access Review
Enjoyed this game a lot. Was waiting for a while to see a game of RWBY come out, which I'm a big fan of.
Played through the ''story-line'' in about 45 minutes with my friend. This is to be expected since it's still Early Acces. This will probably be expanded in the future.

For the leveling systems it seems to take a bit before you unlock the ''challange skills''. 2000 kills to unlock a skill? I have no clue if this is much or not for this time of game genre since I havn't played much of these types of games yet.

Preformance was not an issue. Running it smoothly with my old GTX 660. (not like this game is graphics intense or anything :P)

For what I would like to see in the future
-More content (probably being worked on, but since they are a small team it will take time)
-Several difficulties. Once you know what you are doing I think it would be nice to be able to crank up the difficulty. Make the grimm stronger/add more grimm (or whatever else you can think of) . and with this raise in difficulty more exp?

Overall a great 10 bucks spent. I'll see myself playing a bit of this between some other games, using it as commentary material for my Youtube channel or just when I feel like it :D.
