Fun little game!
It does start off a bit slow as a lot of roguelites do, but it does pick up with more abilities and unlocks.

Risk of Rain original, but vastly improved

A fresh take on first-person games. The story seems to be rather divisive, but you can ignore it if you don't like it.
The game itself is fun, challenging, and provides hours upon hours of entertainment. The soundtrack is also really good!

It's a fun little game to kill an hour or so. Plus it's free so you've got nothing to lose!

Incredibly addicting and a nice challenge

Having loved ROR1, and seeing the trailer my first thought was "Oh, no, it's 3D, gonna be a totally different game, and not in a good way. BOY was I wrong! It's simply amazing how well Hopoo have translated the characters, the world, the enemies, EVERYTHING into the third dimension. It's every bit as gripping as the first, and the rush to discover and unlock the characters and items is definitely still there. It's oddly familiar and brand new all at the same time.

This is how you make a sequel, and how you do early access properly.

Massive thumbs up, getting horribly murdered even after you thought your character was ridiculously overpowered and broken has never been so fun. -12/1124 (HP remaining).

I activated the wrong item and was murdered by a coop of chickens. 10/10

Gorgeous game, great story. If you can get it cheaper then it's a definite buy.
