If you grew up playing X Wing, TIE Fighter, X Wing v TIE Fighter, and X Wing Alliance, you can't afford not to pick this up for $40.

TLDR: Rough around the edges, but fun. Definitely worth a buy if you can pick it up on a sale. Reminds me of the hours I spent playing Missing In Action on PC as a kid shooting water buffalo and VC with my dad. Has potential.

Bought this game right when it came out on early access. I usually will give EA titles a try because sometimes you'll find a diamond in the rough, and if I just don't care for it I'll refund it right then and there before I hit 2 hours. I only put maybe five or so hours into it when it first came out, and I thought the game had some serious potential but was very clunky and rough around the edges, so I held off on refunding it. I just reinstalled it during the free weekend, and this game really is coming together. It's still clunky in some regards, but it's fun and emphasizes teamwork, and I think it still has potential to get even better. If you can pick this up on a sale, snag a copy for you and a friend.
