TL;DR The B-tier "We have persona at home". And you know what? That's not an insult.

Pros:
-It is, to quote a certain reviewer, "anime as balls". Which is both a pro and a con. Every over the top excess and silliness that you stereotype in anime, it happens here too. And it's gloriously cringe.
-Given how small the dev team is, the graphics and presentation are honestly pretty and robust. Animation is good in combat too even if a bit jank in cutscenes.
-Protag-kun is an absolute chad. The dialogue options you get to have for him are often hilarious and witty. Genuinely, made me smile and laugh multiple times at how sassy-but-stoic you could be. Incredible.
-The characters are all cute and likeable in their own ways and quirks. Chani best girl.
-If you're a fan of the Persona-style "Spend time and forge bonds" system, you'll enjoy it here as well.
-The story and gameplay occasionally takes jarring turns into silly nonsense like motorcycle riding and Dance Dance Revolution minigames which make me laugh at the absurdity.

Cons:
-As said before: it is anime as balls. If you hate that style or tropes, you will cringe all the way home here.
-Combat is pretty shallow. It's good for goofy hack and slash fun, but the only "challenge" is the admittedly precise timing you need for dodges or parries.
-Story is nothing to write home about. Characters have conflicts and arcs that usually get resolved within 30 mins to 1 hour of them being introduced.
-The story is a stop-start rollercoaster. Don't get a very clear set-up/premise, and then we're yanked from one story beat to another and im wondering where "she" got the power to create a magical motorcycle minigame.

Overall, it's a light recommend, on the condition that:
you must understand it is campy as hell, made by a tiny team, and contains every over-the-top anime trope you can think of. Me personally, after playing a bunch of thoughtful and serious games, this is the kind of B-tier cheese that makes me giggle. But if you're expecting something on the quality of Persona or with a riveting story and vast content, look elsewhere.
