My personal Game of the Year pick for this year. At least definitely on the PC and maybe across all platforms too. Supergiant has delivered yet another masterpiece.

The game has a masterfully done visual style that is so gorgeous in every aspect. Supergiant has some of the most talented artists and it really shows through in the work.

I love the way the narrative element was handled with Hades. In a game where it's all about repeat runs, the narrative often kept things fresh and interesting and making the runs themselves feel unique and exciting from a story stand point.

The game is a masterpiece like I said. If you haven't played it yet, you really should.
