Definitely my favourite game of the year, not just a remake like most games this year, but a full game by an indie team that still has passion, which shines really bright the more you play. An example being the movement, there is different play styles that don't need skill trees or skill points like every triple A ever, you can play a predator type stealth monster that kills everything before they see you, ninja monkey is self explanatory and then there the John Wick types that do the drop kicks and dual wield pistols. For sure a must have and play, good stuff guys i hate writing reviews but enjoyed this too much to not.

Honestly pretty good now, they fixed a lot of stuff i complained about previously (except scaling rocks but thats whatever) and i can honestly say i recommend it now, just needs a bit more content map type and more mobs types , ammunition types etc to flush out combat and make it fill fufilling. Some of the biggest issues i feel are some of the missions are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard with the timer if you're new, how can you expect to earn currency if you cant complete the mission and extract? the wave invasion beacon is insanely hard! same with the polar bear boss 3 shotting! with all that being said definitely a lot more fun now :)

I really wish there was a middle option as its a fun game but animal aggro needs to be fixed, you defend yourself against 1 cougar then you have the whole of africa trying to climb up your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and eat you from the inside out, legit killed one cougar and as im skinning him 2 elephents 4 cougars 2 boars and 2 hyenas decide they'll team up and eat my ass.

That on top of a really dodgy annoying ass snapping build system where i am constantly misplacing stuff as it snaps on to a random angle and bang, i've lost one building piece because instead of snapping onto my home it decided to snap mid air and then just explode into dust.

Another really really REALLY annoying feature is that the rocks feel like they're coated in zero g canola oil, you could be 10 metres away from the cliff edge but if the cliff edge isnt flat you just slide off it like you've been greased up and had the gravity removed from your legs.


I want to love this game but all the small things make it so unbearable, and despite it being dean hall game (referring to DayZ, bloke legit climbed mount Everest twice, then abandons the team and blames everyone but himself, but he should know the snake doesn't slither without its head) And with that said im glad to give this game a chance, but they should not confuse stupidity with benefit of the doubt. Just because people bought this game despite the disaster that was DayZ does not mean people will give them a third chance.

Either way despite all negativity I actually hope this game gets polished because there is genuine potential.

Terrible graphics, poorly optimized on a powerful rig, extremely broken. You can tell the devs put very little effort into the game, not only that if you do a bit of research you can see that the developers are lazy money grabbers. This game is not worth the 5 GB. This game is free and even then I want a refund on the 20 minutes I spent playing. And I honestly tried to play this with an open mind. 20 minutes is all it took for me to get sick of it, and that says something.

Cons:

-Once you disconnect from a server you can't join again
-The graphics literally look like its made for mobile
-Terrible animations
-Bugs include zombies not dying and hitting you from 50 miles away
-With an I7 and an RX 480 I only get 60 - 70 fps (the graphics are mobile game tier)
-Anti-cheat is called MLG Anticheat, that tells you enough
-This game is WarZ just renamed, the devs are just trying to attract players to play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game

Pros:

-The uninstall button works
-I was amused with the poor quality of this game and me and my friends enjoy laughing at it



EDIT: any game made on the mobile unity engine is better than this tbh

Nothing much to say about this game, other than it's DAMNED good fun to play with friends ;)

Pretty good for a 50 cent game, i've only played a little bit of this game and all I can say is that I enjoy wasting 30 mintues of my time playing this cool little game, I would recommend this if you enjoy snake (obviously) and RPG styled characters!

Got my meat beat by two flesh pounds ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
